    Step 1: Once your order is confirmed, our artist will contact you as soon as possible and send the jewelry design confirmation to your email.
    Step 2: After confirming the jewelry design, the production process begins. The craftsmanship includes (engraving, polishing, base treatment, color firing, and final polishing). The production time is approximately 5-7 working days, though the final production time depends on our total order volume.
    Step 3: Once completed, the jewelry will enter the logistics and shipping phase. For delivery times, please refer to the Shipping Policy page.
