Shipping Insurance

  • Loss/Damage Protection: If your package is lost or damaged, we cover all associated costs. Delivery times remain the same as our Standard Delivery. (Insurance fees are non-refundable.)
  • Address Errors: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee of $14 USD will be charged.

  • Production Time: 5-7 business days (handcrafted customization).
  • Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time includes all processes such as customs clearance and local delivery.

2. Delay Handling

In cases of delays due to extreme weather, customs inspections, or holidays, we will proactively notify you via email and assist in resolving the issue.

3. Support Services

A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours after shipment, and online real-time tracking is available.

Return Policy

  • No Returns Accepted: Since all products are handcrafted and custom-made, we do not accept returns.
  • Replacement Requests: If you experience any issues with your order, please submit a replacement request, and we will do our best to assist you.

24-Hour Cancellation/Modification Policy

  • Cancellation or Modification: To cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
  • After 24 Hours: After 24 hours, your order will be considered final and cannot be canceled or modified due to the personalized nature of our products.
