However, we are committed to providing 100% satisfaction with our products and services. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, please submit a replacement request, and we will handle it promptly.

24-Hour Cancellation/Modification Period

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will enter the production phase, and no changes or cancellations can be made.

Refund and Replacement Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and submit your complaint along with photos of the product. Our team will review your case and decide whether to provide a replacement or refund.

Standard Shipping Information

Estimated delivery times are based on recent delivery performance and are provided as estimates only. They should not be considered guaranteed delivery windows. We strive to ensure a smooth shipping process, but we cannot offer refunds for delivery delays.

FedEx Shipping Information

FedEx shipping fees are non-refundable. If a delivery fails due to customer-related reasons, a $14 fee will be charged for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We will assist in confirming whether the package was delivered to the provided address, including the delivery date, tracking information, and carrier details, to help you investigate. If it is confirmed that your package was not delivered, we will remake your order and arrange for reshipment.
