Where do you ship?
We currently ship to over 100 countries worldwide.

What does shipping insurance cover?
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will cover all costs and send you a replacement free of charge.

Order Information

Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified within 24 hours. After that, production begins, and changes are not possible. Please contact us immediately at info@petislandjewelry.com.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Once in production, cancellations are not possible.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Can I change my shipping address?
If the order has not shipped yet, we can update your address. Contact us as soon as possible.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent via email within 48 hours after dispatch. Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to activate.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
International Shipping: 4PX Express (final delivery by USPS, Speedx, etc.).

What if my tracking number doesn't work?
Tracking updates may take 5 days. Contact us at info@petislandjewelry.com for assistance.

What if my package is lost?
If your address is correct but your order has not yet arrived, please contact info@petislandjewelry.com to submit a replacement request.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
All items are 100% custom-made, so we do not accept returns except in the following cases:

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Request a replacement within 14 days of receipt.
  • Design Errors: If the mistake is ours, we will fix and resend your item at no cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you only make jewelry for dogs?
Not at all! We can customize jewelry for any pet or species. Contact us for special requests.

What are the pendant dimensions?
Necklace: Diameter 0.8 inches (2.2 cm).

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes! If you're not satisfied:

  • 1. Submit a replacement request.
  • 2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
